Refund policy
Returns
You can return Lyndall products as long as they are in retail packaging. There will be a restocking fee added to your refund or exchange. (Wheel orders have special return and cancel policies)
Restocking fees are $25 per rotor or sprocket, $5 for brake pads and hardware.
Wheel orders take about 8-10 weeks to be built. Two weeks after a wheel order has been placed there is a $500 fee for canceling or making changes to design or size.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase, or your order number.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment minus any restocking fees.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after a couple of days of getting confirmation on your return. First check your bank account one last time, sometimes banks will hold refunded transactions longer than other deposits.

Warranty
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange any product, please complete the “Return Goods Authorization” (RGA) form. Include as many details as possible so we can process your return/warranty as quickly as possible. Once you submit the form, we will contact you with an RGA number to include in your shipment. Lifetime guarantee is for the lifetime of the product, if it reaches minimum thickness your warranty has expired.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, typically you will see your package in 5 days from shipping.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
